We told you there would still be a debate, and here we go! Plenty of candidates are eager to get on the record with the public, and we're glad to give them that platform.
The Libertarian Party of Kitsap is proud to host a candidate debate between Mr. Olson and Representative Richards, candidates for Legislative District 26, Position 2.
📅 Monday, October 12th
🕖 7:00–9:00 PM (doors open at 6:30 PM)
📍 Whiskey Gulch Banquet Room (2nd floor)
2065 Bay Street
This will be a moderated, respectful debate focused on the issues that matter to 26th District voters. It's a chance to hear directly from both candidates, compare their positions side by side, and make an informed choice this November.
❓ Have a question for the candidates? Audience questions will not be taken during the debate, but we encourage you to submit yours ahead of time. Send them to LP Kitsap by direct message on this page or by email at [email protected] any time before the debate.
The event is free and open to the public. Seating is limited, so please arrive early.
♿ Please note: The banquet room is on the second floor and is not ADA accessible. We sincerely apologize to anyone this may prevent from attending.
🍸 The upstairs bar will be open with refreshments and cocktails available for purchase. If you'd like a meal, we ask that you dine beforehand in the downstairs restaurant.
🚗 To help keep parking available for restaurant guests, please use street parking or the Kitsap Transit lot.
