Designed for people who have, or bake for, people with gluten sensitivity/intolerance. We'll make & explore Gluten free bread recipes that you'll enjoy eating. There's also a lower gluten recipe for those with milder intolerances.
NB. Ingredients used in the session are not guaranteed gluten free because of proximity to wheat flour in my bakery, if you're not sure send me a message.
All ingredients & lots of help provided. Dairy Free or Vegan can be catered for. Disabled access and facilities available. Suitable for all ages & abilities, Under 12's require adult supervision.
