Lower East Side Partnership Annual Meeting 2025

The Lower East Side Partnership is a not-for-profit economic and community development organization serving the Lower East Side of Manhattan as its Business Improvement District providing a suite of community benefit services. Our neighborhood based initiatives - that include supplementary sanitation and public space maintenance, public art, as well as a variety of promotional and programmatic activities - are all designed to improve and enhance overall quality of life for all that reside in, work, and visit the Lower East Side.

Join us to discuss an overview of the Partnership's programming and services in Fiscal Year 2025, discuss the outlook for the year ahead, elect directors, and review recommended bylaw updates. Lunch will be served and there will be an opportunity to mingle with neighbors and colleagues at the start of the meeting which will be held at Essex Market on the mezzanine level.

All Lower East Side property owners, commercial tenants, and residents must pre-register in order to be eligible to vote at this meeting. Registration will close December 10, 2025 at noon.

Owners of real property, commercial and/or office space, non-cooperative residential units, and/or vacant and undeveloped land within the geographic boundaries (defined by the area highlighted below in ORANGE) of the Lower East Side Business Improvement District are considered Class A members for registration purposes.

Those that do not own real property, but rather lease and are commercial tenants of space within the geographic boundaries (defined by the area highlighted below in ORANGE) of the Lower East Side Business Improvement District are considered Class B members for registration purposes.

Those that lease a residential or cooperative unit, or own a cooperative unit within the geographic boundaries (defined by the area highlighted below in ORANGE) of the Lower East Side Business Improvement District are considered Class C members for registration purposes.

Those representing various types of community stakeholders, such as community based organizations, may register to attend as Class E members for registration purposes.

All others may register as a Guest.

Those registered prior to December 1, 2025 will receive a digital copy of the annual report for review at the email address used during registration. Additionally, please follow this link to review recommended bylaw updates that will be further discussed at this membership meeting.
