Learn some of the most effective stretches and exercises to manage or prevent lower back pain for FREE!About this Event
In our stretch lab, we allow 5 spots to ensure that each participant can get 1:1 attention and help with technique. All you need to bring is a mat and comfortable attire to stretch in!
This month's event will be on January 16th from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in our clinic.
