Sunday Run Lowell Preserve/EWCA - 8:30am - Group run inclusive of some of the Firebird Trail Race course.
Group run in Lowell Preserve and East Windham Conservation Area trails. This will be an approximately 10 mile trail run but runners are welcome to do more or less (map will be in the Strava group for navigation assistance). These trails are moderately technical and challenging, please plan accordingly and bring fuel and hydration to meet your needs.
Common sense protocols: please do not attend if you are not feeling well. Trail running is inherently risky and your attendance indicates your acceptance of this risk.
