The Lowell Plan, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides a forum for private and public sector leaders to discuss Lowell’s economic, educational, and cultural development. Over the past four decades, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to enhancing the economic vitality of Lowell and supporting transformative projects that have made Lowell an ideal community in which to live, work, and learn.

This year's program features remarks from Lietenant Governor Kim Driscoll and a panel discussion with companies locating in the UMass Lowell LINC development.

Event begins with full breakfast at 7:30 am. Speaking program will begin promptly at 8:00 am.
