Let's Celebrate! Join us Saturday, October 15th from 1 pm to 7 pm to celebrate the Hispanic Heritage month. The Lowell Latinx & Hispanic Festival will be celebrated at the North Common Park in Lowell, MA. Join us for a day of great food, live salsa and merengue presentations, and traditional Latin American dances!
