Don't be fooled by the name.
Low-impact netball gives your core and body a good workout in a fun and safe environment. You cannot jump or run. So you have to stretch to reach some of the high balls and really work your core to get where the ball is heading.
We laugh a lot, but there is also a bit of competitiveness that sneaks in, too.
