Sarah Watts will host an afternoon Low Clarinet Choir on Sunday 22nd March 2026.
Venue: International Anthony Burgess Foundation
3 Cambridge Street, Manchester, M1 5BY
Rehearsal from 2:30 - 5:30
Concert: 7pm (Ending at 8:30)
The concert will feature music from 'The Song Also Rises' performed by Sarah and Kim (bass clarinet and piano). The concert will end with the low clarinet choir performing works rehearsed that day.
There will be parts for all low clarinets including Basset Horn, Alto, Bass, Contralto and Contrabass clarinet.
The playday is open to for intermediate to advanced standards.
Final Repertoire will be sent out two weeks in advance of the course.
This will include works by Ethel Smyth and Samuel Coleridge-Taylor.
