About this Event

What's better than celebrating "Dry-January" than learning about some more unknown beer off-flavours, found specifically in low-alcohol beer?
Come along to our training to learn how to identify six different off-flavour compounds and what you might do to avoid them in your low-alcohol beer. Supported by Nirvana Brewery, hosted by 3 Locks, and led by Lallemand Brewing, the tasting will be followed by a chance for some food, networking and a pint (low-alcohol or alcoholic).
