Love - Is it empowering, enabling, and fundamental? Or is it slippery, complex, and elusive?

In this workshop, we will be exploring different types of love, what love means to you, and focusing on self-love. By understanding the components of self-love, you will come to understand how it is fundamental to our sanity, and has little to do with vanity.

• An understanding of what love actually is
• An introduction to the different types of love, and how love might change in different relationships
• An exploration of eight different aspects of loving ourselves
• Some practical activities for self-love
