Loving Life Mini-Retreat

Over four days Loving Life Retreat will provide love, laughter, gratitude and grace through yoga, hiking, delicious meals and local activities. During your weekend stay, you will be surrounded by a small group of like-minded women, peach orchards and vineyards.

• Three nights lodging in a newly remodeled orchad cottage situated among the peach orchards with views of Mt. Garfield
• Daily instructor-led yoga class
• Guided hikes
• One meal a day
• Local excursions on Friday and Saturday afternoon (TBD)

THURSDAY

• 4-6 pm: Welcome Gathering
• 6:30-7:30 pm: Yin Yoga with intention setting for the days to come
• 7:30-8 pm: Nighttime tea and wind down

• Sunrise: Hike
• Morning: Yoga
• Afternoon: Local Activities TBD
• Evening: Dinner prepared together (all ingredients provided)

SATURDAY

• Morning: Hike and Yoga
• Afternoon: Local Activities TBD

SUNDAY

• Check-out: By 11 am
