For our Sound Bath in December we’ll shift our focus into loving kindness. Leaning into a Metta meditation, coming to a place of altruism knowing we are all much more alike than we are different. We’ll drum, meditate, breathe and sink into a deep relaxation while holding space and building community. Class begins at 7pm, RSVP is appreciated. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to create your space, bringing any comfort items you’d like. Suggested items might be a yoga mat or camp sleeping pad, blanket, pillow and eye mask. We will have some comfort items to share as well.
Class is $22 and limited to about 20 so we can individually serve each person.
We are always open to feedback as we strive to improve the services we provide for our community.
