Join us for a free adaptive yoga class series at the new Prisma Health Roger C. Peace Adaptive Sports and Wellness Center!LoveYourBrain is a non-profit organization that improves the quality of life of people affected by traumatic brain injury. As a clinical affiliate, we are offering a free 6-week yoga program designed to build community and resilience! Classes are intentionally adapted for TBI, including concussion but anyone with a disability is welcome.

Attendees can expect:
- Gentle yoga to improve balance and strength
- Meditation to enhance relaxation, positivity, and concentration
- Group discussion to connect with others with shared experiences in an inclusive environment
The requirements to participate include:
- Can commit to all 6 classes (first class is mandatory)
- Able to move without assistance or caregiver is required to attend
- Open to participate in group discussions, follow instructions and regulate intense emotions.
