Forget Me Not Children's Hospice 99er business club would like to invite you to a nice afternoon tea at Santander Cafe, Leeds whilst networking with other like minded professionals and then enjoy trying wonderful products from Temple Spa and listening to advice around the menopause.

Afternoon Tea to be ordered on the day but consists of unlimited tea/coffee, served with a scone, selection of cakes and fresh fruit for only £4.95.
