Atingerea conștientă este un concept despre care am tot auzit în ultimii ani, mai ales în zona de dezvoltare personală, înseamna să fii prezent în momentul în care atingi sau ești atins.
Nu doar „să pui mâna” pe cineva, ci să fii acolo cu atenția ta, cu intenția ta și cu respect pentru ce simte celălalt.
𝑼𝒏 𝒂𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒆 𝒂𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒖𝒍.
Atingerea conștientă nu se poate face fără să existe un fel de „da” din partea persoanei. Acceptul poate fi verbal sau non-verbal, dar trebuie să fie clar. Fără asta, nu mai este o atingere conștientă, ci doar o acțiune impusă.
În cadrul unui atelierului LoveLab, atelier de atingere conștientă, lucrurile sunt ghidate pas cu pas, dar nu într-un mod rigid. Facilitatorul creează mai întâi un sentiment de siguranță între participanți, tocmai pentru ca oamenii să nu se simtă expuși sau inconfortabili.
Se discută despre limite personale, despre cum să spui „da” și „nu”, și despre cum recunoști ce îți este confortabil. Abia apoi se trece la exerciții practice, unde atenția e mai mult pe respirație, ritm, cum se simte corpul și pe a comunica în mod sincer ce ai nevoie.
Un astfel de atelier nu este despre performanță, ci despre conectare. Prin exerciții simple, oamenii învață să observe ce le transmite corpul lor, ce emoții apar la contact și cum pot crea un spațiu sigur și respectuos pentru celălalt.
DESPRE FACILITATOR:
Florența Roxana a ghidat zeci de grupuri în explorarea atingerii conștiente, mereu punând accent pe siguranță, limite clare și confortul fiecărui participant. Stilul ei este blând și foarte atent la dinamica grupului, astfel încât oamenii să nu simtă presiune, ci mai degrabă curiozitate și încredere.
În ghidajul ei, exercițiile nu sunt niciodată făcute mecanic; sunt introduse treptat, cu explicații simple despre ce urmează și cu opțiunea clară de a participa doar cât te simți confortabil.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Conscious touch is a concept we all heard more and more about in recent years, especially in the personal development world, it means being present in the moment when you touch or are being touched. It’s not just “putting your hand” on someone, it’s being there with your attention, your intention, and with respect for what the other person is feeling.
𝑶𝒏𝒆 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕.
Conscious touch cannot exist without a clear “yes” from the other person. That “yes” can be verbal or non-verbal, but it needs to be obvious. Without consent, it is no longer conscious touch, it’s just an imposed action.
In the LOVELAB workshop, which is a conscious touch workshop, everything is guided step by step, but not in a rigid way.
The facilitator first creates a sense of safety among participants, so that people don’t feel exposed or uncomfortable.
There is space to talk about personal boundaries, about how to say “yes” and “no,” and how to recognize what feels comfortable for you. Only after that do participants move into practical exercises, where the focus is more on breath, rhythm, body sensations, and expressing honestly what you need.
This kind of workshop is not about performance, it’s about connection. Through simple exercises, people learn to notice what their body communicates, what emotions appear through touch, and how to create a safe and respectful space for another person.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Florența Roxana has guided dozens of groups in exploring conscious touch, always emphasizing safety, clear boundaries, and each participant’s comfort. Her style is gentle and very attentive to the group’s dynamics, so people don’t feel pressured, but instead experience curiosity and trust.
In her guidance, the exercises are never done mechanically; they are introduced gradually, with simple explanations about what follows, and with the clear option for everyone to participate only as much as they feel comfortable.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION & REGISTRATION
The price is 100 lei until February 18.
After this date, the price is 120 lei.
The workshop takes place in Bucharest, and the exact location will be shared with registered participants a few days before the event.
