Hands on skin, attention, slowness, presence, without sexual charge.
The workshop focuses on touch on skin, between humans, in a neutral / conscious / non-sexual way.
It is safe, it is with agreement, it is with rhythm. We don't touch without being aware first. We don't engage if we don't know the other person.
Knowing without words... knowing without sound... knowing only by feeling the skin... the fingers... the soft touch.
This workshop is for everyone who desire to experience conscious touch with other humans.
There is no obligation.
There is a way to say "i don't want this"
There is space to say "i like this"
From here, conscious touch becomes easier to understand: it comes from a state of presence and, very importantly, includes intention and consent.

So the key elements of conscious touch are:
👉 a high state of presence - I am here, not lost in my thoughts
👉 intention - touching you does not happen automatically, but as a conscious choice
👉 consent - by giving and receiving consent to be touched, a sense of safety and control is created

Within a LoveLab workshop, a conscious touch workshop, everything is guided step by step, in a way that makes sense for all participants.
The facilitator first creates a sense of safety among the participants, so that people do not feel exposed or uncomfortable.
Such a workshop is not about how things look from the outside, but about connection. Through simple exercises, people learn to observe what their body communicates, what emotions arise through contact, and how they can create a safe and respectful space for the other.
Most importantly, we learn how touch can support our inner states, as it contributes to regulating the nervous system through co-regulation.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Florența Roxana has guided dozens of groups in exploring conscious touch, always emphasizing safety, clear boundaries, and each participant’s comfort. Her style is gentle and highly attuned to group dynamics, so that people feel no pressure, but rather curiosity and trust.
In her guidance, exercises are never done mechanically; they are introduced gradually, with simple explanations of what will follow and with the clear option to participate only as much as feels comfortable.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION & REGISTRATION
The price is 100 RON until February 20.
After this date, the price will be 120 RON.
The workshop takes place in Bucharest.
