Dates: Saturday, October 12th, Sunday, October 13th, Monday, October 14th, Saturday, November 2nd, Sunday, November 3rd, Saturday, November 9th, Sunday, November 10th, Monday, November 11th, Friday, November 22nd, Saturday, November 23th, Sunday, November 24th, Saturday, November 30th, Sunday, December1st, Saturday, December 7th, Sunday, December 8th, Saturday, December 14th, Sunday, December 15th.

Studio Location: 949 West 49th Avenue, Vancouver, BC

Mini session duration: 20 minutes

Cost: $265 + gst

Deposit: $50*

What's Included:

• 20 minutes in studio session
• One family (5 people max**) • Choice of 2 out of 3 festive setups
• 8 professionally retouched photos

• Print release for all photos
• ** 2 adults & 3 children; Children must be at least 6 months old. A 45 minute baby session is recommended for families with babies. Please contact us for more information.
• Additional participant or small pet add $20 each
• Additional retouched photos add $25 each

Final retouched photos will be ready within 2 - 3 weeks after the session date.

Covid-19 notes and refund policy:

We will be adhering to public health safety protocols.

Sessions are scheduled 10 minutes apart to allow sufficient time between sessions.

Please arrive on time.

Session time will not be extended due to late arrival.

FAQ:

What happens after I purchase my ticket?

You will receive an email with your booking confirmation and a link to your invoice showing the deposit paid and the balance outstanding (please check junk or spam folder if you don't receive this email within 24 hours in your inbox).

Additional important info about your session will be emailed to you about 2 days before your session date. Please keep an eye out for this!

What is your refund policy?

What should we wear?

Feel free to wear your favourite festive Christmas attire! Matching outfits are also very popular for families. Please be dressed in your photoshoot attire prior to arriving to maximize session time. However, a change room is available for use.

Can we change outfits?

Yes, you are welcome to change outfits in the change room. Just keep in mind the 20 minute session time limit.

What do this year's setups look like?

Sample images for 2024 will be posted very soon!

When is the balance due?

The balance is due on the day of your mini session photoshoot. We accept cash or e-transfer for the outstanding balance. For e-transfers, please send to [email protected].

What if we arrive late?

Please arrive on time to maximize session time. We cannot extend a session's duration due to a late arrival.

When will I receive the photos?

You will receive access to an online proofing gallery within 5 - 7 days after the session date. After selecting your favourite photos there, you will receive access to a gallery with your retouched photos within 7 to 14 days thereafter. You can download the hi-resolution image files from your online gallery. You can also share your photos via social media as well as purchase print products at additional cost directly from your gallery.

What is the bonus free mobile app?

The mobile app is a fantastic app for viewing and sharing your photos with friends and family. It can be installed on iOS and Android mobile devices.

Can I print my own photos?

Yes! You will receive a print release for your session photos. We do offer the option to purchase professional quality prints from your online gallery.

Will there be any surprises?

Yes! You can be sure there will be festive music and a special treat for the kids!
