Love yourself back to life
About this Event
Love yourself back to life
Because surviving was only the beginning.
Hard seasons may shape you, but they do not get to define you. Join Nicole Mascarenhas, M.A. LMFT, Mental Health Advocate Barbara Ferrer and Chef Elizabeth for a powerful two-hour Domestic Violence Awareness Workshop centered on education, restoration, confidence, and the life that is possible after survival. Domestic violence does not always leave a physical bruise. It can also appear as emotional, verbal, psychological, financial, sexual, digital, or spiritual abuse often through repeated patterns of power, fear, and control.
This workshop is not about remaining stuck in what happened. It is about recognizing unhealthy patterns, releasing guilt and shame, rebuilding self-trust, reclaiming your voice, and moving forward with greater strength and clarity.
During this experience, we will explore:
• The different forms of domestic violence and abuse
• How unhealthy patterns can affect your identity and confidence
• Why leaving, staying, and healing can be complicated
• Releasing self-blame and rebuilding self-trust
• Establishing healthy boundaries
• Rediscovering who you are outside of survival mode
• Creating your personal “Loving Yourself Back to Life” plan
Whether you have experienced an unhealthy relationship, supported someone who has, or simply want to become more informed, you are welcome.
You will never be required to disclose your experience or share your story publicly. Come to learn, reflect, connect, and leave feeling empowered to heal, grow, and thrive.
You are not defined by what happened to you.
There is still more life, joy, purpose, and love waiting for you.
