You’ll be gently led through:
- Breathwork to calm the nervous system and create spaciousness within
- Grief‑informed yoga to honor what you’re carrying and release what no longer serves you
- A healing sound bath led by Victoria Cudjo to soothe the mind, settle the body, and restore energetic balance
- Candlelight meditation to cultivate presence, intuition, and inner peace
