Each March, we proudly support Love Your Brain, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI) through yoga, mindfulness, and community connection.In honor of TBI Awareness Month, we’re offering three special Thursday classes as part of our annual fundraiser. These classes are open to everyone and designed to cultivate resilience, compassion, and mindful movement — on and off the mat.
This series is donation-based — give what you can. All proceeds support Love Your Brain’s mission to expand access to programs that empower individuals and families navigating brain injury.
