Love Your Body Healthy is a four monthly class hypnosis-based workshop designed to help you create a healthier, more supportive relationship with your body, food, and self. These sessions focus on gently identifying and releasing subconscious patterns around body image, emotional eating, and self-sabotage, so change feels more natural and sustainable, not forced.
Using guided hypnosis and mindset tools, Chantell helps you reconnect with your body’s inner wisdom, reduce mental and emotional blocks, and support healthy choices from a place of self-respect rather than restriction. Each workshop is supportive, non-judgmental, and accessible to anyone looking to feel more at ease in their body and more confident in their choices.
This series is ideal for those seeking lasting wellbeing, improved self-confidence, and a healthier approach to weight and body care, without shame, pressure, or extremes.
About the Facilitator
Chantell Baptiste is a health coach, Reiki practitioner, and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) hypnotherapist. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Chantell brings a warm, empowering approach to helping clients release long-standing habits and reprogram the mind for positive, lasting change. Her work supports challenges such as weight concerns, self-confidence, anxiety, emotional patterns, and overall well being.
You’ll leave each session feeling more connected, supported, and aligned with your body and your goals.
