This love-themed meditation and sound bath invites you to turn inward and reconnect with your heart space. Gentle guidance and healing sounds support relaxation, emotional release, and self-appreciation.
1-hour session. Bring a mat, pillow, and blanket to fully relax.

Giselle will guide you through a gentle visual journey in meditation to infuse soothing healing energy during this experience. A soundbath will be followed after the meditation. Crystal will also be used as a therapeutic tool for relaxation.

Guided meditation will gently open the portal within, followed by a powerful soundbath using crystal bowls, chimes, and ancestral instruments to clear energetic blockages, awaken intuition, and ground you in ancient wisdom.

Come as you are—wrapped in your favorite layers, ready to journey inward. Let the sounds carry you across the unseen, where insight, healing, and deep peace await. Bring a mat, small pillow, and blanket for comfort and waterbottle
