New weekly free class starts Friday Sept 13th and every Friday morning afterJoin retired British gymnastics coach, Vivien Gourlay, who will lead this gentle, fun chair based exercise class with routines set to music. Suitable for any age and ability (including dementia sufferers), this is a community class offered at no charge.
