Italians love to celebrate life through family and food. Authentic Italian cuisine is very simple celebrating generations of food traditions made using the freshest of ingredients. During this full day class you will watch demonstrations by one of our expert chefs giving you the opportunity to pick up some top tips, before it's your turn to head to your workstation and get cooking. Become a professional at mixing, kneading, rolling and shaping pasta. After lot's of cooking, comes lot's of eating!
