As the seasons change, we’re creating space to slow down, reconnect, release, and welcome what’s next. Surrounded by nature at Melanin Meadows in Chesapeake, VA, The Big Shift is an intentional experience designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit while bringing generations together through movement, education, creativity, and music.
