Love Sacramento: Valley Hi Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center's annual Dana Maeshia Resource Fair will provide families with resources that help to bring awareness to services and programs they can access in their community for free. The goal is to improve their outlook for the future and help them to overcome social barriers and build stronger connections within their community. This event is in tribute to Ms. Dana Maeshia who was a pillar in the South Sacramento community--she started a great event and we want to continue just that.
Volunteers will be supporting with:
-Serving the community food
-Assisting vendors with stations
-Assisting staff with upkeep of venue
-Assisting staff with directing families to stations
-Support with monitoring parents and children at stations
-Assist with crowd control at stations
*Volunteers will be provided with lunch
