The Australian Marine Conservation Society invites you to a night of short films, talks and discussions about our beautiful oceans, coastlines and marine life in New South Wales. The night will feature a series of short films, including stories from Batemans, Cape Byron and Jervis Bay marine parks as well as Sydney’s Cabbage Tree Bay. Many of these films have never been screened before.Between the films, we’ll take short breaks to hear from locals and experts about what coastal communities across New South Wales can do to make sure our oceans are protected for generations to come. We’ll finish up with a quick Q&A with the panel of presenters. Some light catering will also be available, because what’s a movie night without a couple snacks?
Throughout the screenings, there will be plenty of opportunities to learn about how you can get more involved in ocean conservation in New South Wales no matter what your background is. This is an evening for anyone and everyone who loves New South Wales’ oceans and wants to help protect them.
