Love Music Hate Racism x Notting Hill Carnival 2024

August sees the return to the streets of one of Britain’s most important cultural celebrations: the Notting Hill Carnival, which will take place on 25 - 26 August 2024. Love Music Hate Racism (LMHR) is once again partnering with the National Education Union (NEU) and Smokey Joe Roadshow to promote our antiracist message in a year set to witness the most racist and divisive General Election campaign to date.

The 2024 Notting Hill Carnival float theme celebrates the five disciplines of carnival: Mas, Steel Pan, Calypso, Soca, and Sound System. We will say farewell and pay tribute to carnivalist and bandleader Onike Joseph.
