The purpose of this event is to bring down barriers through Love Laughter & Leadership. Whether it's through the school system, local businesses, non profits organizations, faith based groups, athletics or entertainment we have to work togetherin order to "Break Cycles" of the past and "Build Bridges" that will carry us into the future.
Whatever road you have found productive in making a difference, it had to require "Love" for the circumstances and situations to change along that journey in order to continue moving in it. It becomes purpose. In finding purpose it is a very trying path to walk. You will need some assistance, encouragement, motivation, and most of all teamwork. Teamwork is where two or more individuals work toward a common goal. With this event we want to inject "Laughter" as a tool to show that no matter whar our differences are we can all find common ground in a good laugh. When we find common ground we can serve more effectively through "Leadership." Meaning that we can stand on the same foundation, with the same purpose in mind. And that is to work together collectively for the betterment of our community.
