Introducing our new collection of BALSAMIC VINEGAR infusions. We create our infusions using an ultra-premium "Gold Label", IGP certified Balsamic vinegar (Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I.), which is grown and produced in the province of Modena, Italy and aged for 8 years. Our cold infusion process maintains the integrity of the vinegar and the delicate balance of it's healthy flora. Our delicious Balsamic flavor infusions include wild blueberry, raspberry, pomegranate and fig (my fav), all made with real fruit. These divine vinegars have been added to our established collection of infused apple cider vinegars and are now available for purchase.
