Love, Joy and Power: Tools for Liberation

Join ConR member Richard McCall, friends and neighbors at one of our favorite stomping grounds, Human I-T, 6375 W. 7 Mile Rd., Detroit 48221, on Monday, Oct. 19, 2026, 6:00-8:00 pm, to view and discuss “Love, Joy and Power: Tools for Liberation,” produced by the Black Voters Matter Fund. The film follows Cliff Albright and LaTosha Brown, co-founders of the Black Voters Matter Fund, and the work they do to empower African American communities.

Join your neighbors for the screening and conversation as we prepare for the November 3rd election. A light dinner and beverages will be provided. Free parking is available on site.

No registration is necessary for this event.
