Love Isla - Speed Dating Event

Join us for a vibrant and inclusive speed dating event at Isla Cafe BX! This mixer-style speed dating event will cater to a diverse crowd, providing a welcoming space for everyone to meet new people and potentially find a special connection just in time for cuffing season! This will be a ticket only event to ensure that all attendees are single and ready to mingle. We are LGBTQ+ friendly, everyone is welcomed!

• Ticket Price: $10 per person

• Age Requirement: 21+ (strict ID enforcement)

• Dress Code: Grown & Sexy

A raffle will be held for one lucky couple who finds a match at the end of the night. The prize includes an all-inclusive date at Isla Cafe BX: two drinks, two entrees, and two appetizers for two people. Participants will have to pay for any additional purchases (there is an upcharge for churrasco or seafood entrees). Both participants must be present in order to redeem the voucher with government issued identification.

Event Structure:

To ensure clarity and inclusivity, we will use a color-coded wristband system:

• Red: Straight

• Blue: Gay

• Purple: Lesbian

• Green: Bi

. Yellow: Pan/ Other

Each participant will select their preferred color wristband during check-in, allowing others to easily identify their preference and facilitating more meaningful connections.

Schedule:

Check-In and Welcome (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

Speed Dating Mixer (7:00 PM - 8:30 PM)

Break and Socializing (8:30 PM - 8:45 PM)

Matching and Raffle (8:45 PM - 9:00 PM)

Isla Cafe will remain open for the remainder of the night to allow participants to party and mingle further.
