Join us for a truly unforgettable night of romance, creativity, and winemaking.

This Valentine’s Day, create a unique and lasting memory by crafting your very own special wine alongside someone meaningful to you. Enjoy an intimate evening featuring a hands-on winemaking experience, a romantic dinner, and a curated selection of wines and meads to set the mood.

The evening begins at 6:00 PM with a guided wine blending experience, where you’ll taste a variety of wines and create a custom blend of your own. Each couple will fill, cork, seal, and label a bottle to take home that night — a perfect keepsake of your evening together.

• Wine blending experience: Taste wines from our vats and create your own special blend to take home.
• Hands-on winemaking: Choose from White, Red, Fruit, or Dessert wine styles
• Grape Stomping Contest: A playful competition to crown the juiciest winemakers of the night
• Dinner for two, thoughtfully designed to complement the experience
• Second date night: When your wine is ready in 6 to 8 weeks, balance and bottle your wine. Add optional custom labels and make another vat.

Each couple will produce their own personalized vat of wine, yielding approximately 25–30 bottles, ready to bottle in 6–8 weeks.

Wine ingredient packages are purchased separately and range from $84.95 to $215.00 per vat, depending on varietal.

• Each vat yields 25–30 bottles
• You may bring clean, used bottles to bottling day or purchase new bottles on bottling day
• If you enjoy wine, we highly recommend saving bottles ahead of time

If the event is less than 10 days away, we cannot guarantee your first choice of varietal. If needed, we’ll contact you to select an alternative.

You will not be billed for shipping, and you do NOT need to pick up the kit — it will be reserved and waiting for you at the event.
