We are offering 2 special guests Mazuu from Brazil and C-Star from British Columbia and a program of local artists! Get ready to dance the night away because the music won't stop. MAZUU
Coming from the tropical lands in Brazil, Mazuu brings the storm during her sets with a tracks selection full of rumble basslines, dark melodies and distorted sounds. Using her clever blending techniques she also can adapt the mood and choose the proper frequency to keep the flow in sync with the dance floor.
With her hard work and desire to be your beat conductor, she has shared the stage with well known names in Techno such as Pig&Dan and Jonas Saalbach, closing the night for them at private events hosted by Canadian label You+One. Continue to step up in the Vancouver's music scene, she has played at popular clubs in the city like Village studios, Red room and also became resident at Gorg-o-mish afterhours.
She has started stablishing a name for herself in Toronto opening for Frazi.er, as well as Montreal where she warmed up the dance floor for Shaded, and also played at Groove&Bass festival hosting acts such as Lampé, Tim Taste, Jacidorex and APHE to name a few.
Mazuu is loyal to the underground but in addition to be versatile, she adventures through the whole music spectrum and has opened the night for Ardalan, Taiki Nulight with house music and Ace Ventura with psy techno.

C-STAR BIO
C-STAR is a techno DJ that has burst onto the Vancouver music scene over the last year. She has a love for dark and acid techno with pounding rhythms, bringing a lively texture to her sets. C-STAR is known for her high-energy performances that absorb listeners with an unmatched emotional intensity. She holds a DJ residency with @VANTEKGROUP, as well as with Kuvoka’s Afterdark series, both based in Vancouver. C-STAR has played at numerous gigs, festivals, and clubs gracing the decks in Vancouver, Victoria, Toronto, and Montreal.
When C-STAR is not behind the decks or on the dance floor, she is in a lab coat studying the impacts of climate change on fish physiology. She has just begun her journey as a PhD student at UVic.
