Love, Hope and Unity Festival
About this Event
Love, Hope and Unity Festival
Saturday 17 October | 3:00pm - 9:00pm
Join us for an uplifting celebration of community, solidarity, and shared humanity at the Love, Hope and Unity Festival, taking place as part of National Hate Crime Awareness Week.
At a time when racism, fascism, and division are on the rise, this festival brings people together to build connections, celebrate our diversity, and stand united against hate. Organised in partnership with Nottingham Stand Up To Racism, Nottingham More In Common Partnership, Communities Inc., and Himmah Hub, the event aims to inspire hope, strengthen community bonds, and build momentum towards a major unity demonstration planned for Spring 2027.
The afternoon will feature family-friendly activities from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, creating opportunities for people of all ages to come together in a welcoming and inclusive space. From 5:00pm to 9:00pm, enjoy an evening of music, poetry, and live performances celebrating the richness, resilience, and creativity of our communities. More activities and performers will be announced soon.
Whether you're a long-time campaigner, a community member, or simply someone who believes in kindness, equality, and belonging, this festival is for you.
Come together. Celebrate diversity. Stand against hate. Build a future of love, hope, and unity. ❤️✊🏽🌍
