We’re hosting a Music Fest for a very special member of our music community, Tanya French, a true warrior in every sense of the word, and to raise funds to support her during her fight against ALS.
Tanya, the lead singer of JaggedEdge and Livin’ the Dream band, was recently diagnosed with ALS. Her treatment at Johns Hopkins Hospital is estimated to cost upwards of $150,000 for a year, and while insurance will help, a significant portion will remain uncovered.
Tanya is a big part of local music community. Known as "Mom" by her bandmates for good reason, as she always has worked hard to keep the guys in line. Tanya is always one of the first to drop everything to help someone in need. She’s a true WARRIOR, having already overcome breast cancer once, and she is ready to take on ALS with the same fierce strength.
This event is to celebrate Tanya, bringing together her village of family, friends, and the community to stand by her side as she faces this challenge head-on. All of your favorite local bands are coming together to provide an incredible day of live music, combined with a means to provide additional financial support for any medical expenses not covered going forward.
