A love story born at Jose's paved the way for a lifetime of joy, and after 32 incredible years, our family is thrilled to support their daughter Katelynn's European adventure. Katelynn, who was inspired by the same flavors that brought her parents together, is now a bright young student with big dreams. To help make her music and concert trip to Europe possible, we'll be hosting taco nights to help with her expenses. We're excited to invite you to our first fundraiser, where $2 flour tacos will be available for dine-in or takeout from 12 pm to 4 pm on Saturday 5/30/2026 Let's come together to support Katelynn's journey and celebrate the power of community and kindness that has always defined our village.
