Following a sell-out success at the 2023 Fringe, Adelaide chanteuses, Millie Sarah and Danica Elle return to the stage with fellow Elder Conservatorium alumni, Darcie Bills (Keys), Tasha Stevens (Bass) and James Morrison Academy alumni, Andreanna Massacci (Drums) for an evening of pure jazz indulgence, featuring songs from Ella Fitzgerald's retrospective album of favourites, Love, Ella. Both Danica and 2023 Helpmann Academy Jazz Award winner, Millie Sarah, have studied under the expert tutelage of renowned jazz vocalists Jo Lawry and National Jazz Award winner Lauren Henderson. Performing regularly as members of the Adelaide Connection Choir, including an acclaimed performance with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra at the 2021 Festival of Orchestra, both vocalists are prominent and accomplished performers on the local jazz circuit. Love, Ella is their personal homage to an inspirational icon of jazz and promises to be an evening of sheer Ella bliss for even the most discerning of fans.
