Upon arrival, couples settle in and engage in a movement-based connection activity to help loosen up the body and mind, and let go of any nerves. Next your partner and you will explore various guided meditations, connection games, and intimacy practices to help bring play and loving awareness to your relationship.
Once the juices are flowing and intentions are set, we will dive into the subconscious mind and layers of your relationship with a transformational breathwork session specifically curated to welcome in deeper levels of love, awareness, and connection.
