This 6-week class is designed for parents, caregivers, and adults who support children and youth with trauma, adversity, or challenging life experiences.
Using a trauma-informed Love and Logic approach, participants will learn how to:
Understand how trauma impacts behavior, emotions, and decision-making
Respond to challenging behaviors with empathy, consistency, and clear boundaries
Build emotional safety, trust, and connection with youth
Reduce power struggles while maintaining structure and accountability
Support healing, resilience, and long-term growth
This class focuses on practical, real-life tools adults can use right away, while keeping childrenβs emotional needs at the center.
