Well now's your chance! Come be a part of Louisville's first and only official Roller Derby League!
***NO SKATING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***
Louisville Roller Derby is starting their 1st New Recruit Session of 2023 on Thursday, February 2nd at Champ's Rollerdrome in Louisville. This session will begin at 9:00PM.
If you are not able to make this date and time, LRD accepts new incoming trainees for up to 1 weeks after the official start date (through February 9th). If you have any questions or concerns about this timeframe, please let us know.
If you are interested in joining our New Recruit Session, please bring the following items:
- A driver's license or government-issued photo ID
- Proof of WFTDA health insurance or be ready to sign up at first practice ($75)
- Comfortable or athletic clothing
- Water bottle or sports drink
- Mouth guard (molded and ready to be used)
- Any skates and pads you already own (quad roller skates with a toe stop, mouth guard, helmet, wrist guards, elbow pads, and knee pads are the minimum required equipment necessary to be a skate).
