The Loudoun Community Breakfast

Life can be stressful – you can say that again! We are all dealing with CHANGE, both invited and uninvited. This event gives you an opportunity to meet with old friends and meet new friends. We all have stories to tell and we long for Community. Please join us!

This breakfast is free, informative, and provides a fun yet meaningful setting to get to know others in your Loudoun County community. Networking is a mild part of the morning and not the primary focus. The focus is to connect with the many stories you’ll discover about the men and women who live, work, and play in our Community.

The event begins with coffee and a little networking, then is followed by breakfast. We will provide a few questions that will charge up the table discussion.

Then you will hear from our storyteller: Robbie Pruitt

Our Storyteller: Robbie Pruitt

Robbie was born in Columbia, South Carolina. His tender childhood was riddled with being bullied at school, a challenging family life, serious issues in school, failing quite a few grades – then he turned 12. At the age of 12 he had his first drink of alcohol. Robbie grew to have some friends, unfortunately they were friends that joined him in trouble. Robbie was overweight, dyslexic, ADHD, failing in school and life. He was considering some dreadful moves, then he did something CRAZY!!

Robbie lives in Loudoun County with his wife of 20 years. They have 4 children. Robbie enjoys woodworking, cycling, bicycle repair, reading, writing, and being involved with his community.

Some questions you may have: Did he graduate from High School? Yes, kind of. What does he do now? Come and hear from Robbie. Did he find purpose, joy, fulfillment? Yes, but you have to hear The Rest of The Story.

Robbie’s story WILL surprise you. You will think you know – but you don’t.

Please come join us and invite a friend. I have heard his story TWICE and I am still in wonder and amazement!

Please follow the guidelines below when attending:

- Please arrive at 7:30am or a little earlier so we can start on time

- Wear a name tag if you have one from your business or organization – We will have some if you need them.

- We follow the Loudoun County Public School closure schedule. If Loudoun County Public Schools are closed or delayed our breakfast will be rescheduled. You can find all delays and cancelations https://www.lcps.org/ decisions are posted at 10pm and 6am.
