For over a decade, “Louder than Words” by AFMCPC has celebrated the power of visual storytelling, growing into a cherished tradition of the AFMC Carnival.
As we mark our 11th season, we invite you to be part of this legacy once again. Join us in celebrating untold stories, raw emotions, and unforgettable moments through the lens.

Submission Time:

8 August , 2026; 11:59 pm
All photos must be submitted within the deadline—no entries will be accepted after the declared time, as the deadline will be strictly enforced.

We invite you to submit your photos following the outlines given below:
Category :
1. Landscape & Nature
2. Abstract & Architecture
3. Street
4. Portraits
5. Wildlife & Macro
6. Lifestyle
(Maximum 3 photos per category)
Rules of Participation:
1) All the submitted Photographs must be "Clicked By Self", ANY KIND OF PLAGIARISM IS HIGHLY PROHIBITED.
2) Participant must be a Current or Ex-Cadet of Armed Forces Medical College.
(But only AFMC 24-28, will receive prize)
3) All submissions must only be made through email: [email protected] . Excessive Manipulated ( Except in Conceptual ) , over post processed, framed or copyright watermarked pictures are not allowed & will be disqualified.
4) Only minimal post processing such as color corrections, changing brightness, contrast , cropping etc are allowed.
5) Selected persons will be contacted by coordinators through sms/e-mail & list of selected photo will be published at the official facebook group of AFMCPC shortly after deadline of submission.

6) Photos that were already showed on the previous exhibition in AFMC will not be accepted.
7) Both current & ex-cadets can participate. Teachers if interested can submit photos. Only photos of current cadets are eligible for judgement & prizes.
Please don’t forget to mention your Full Name , Batch and MC no while renaming your photos.
Procedures for Renaming Photos are as follows:
1. Renaming The Photos:
Each photo should follow this naming convention-
'Participant’s name_batch_MC_category_title_serial no of photo_mobile no.'
For example:
'Mostak_24_2151_Landscape & Nature_Heaven on earth_01_+8801XXXXXXXXX'
**without proper renaming no photos will be accepted**
2. Resolution:
Must be in JPEG or JPG format and must be at least 3000 pixels on the longer side
(if you have any doubt regarding the resolution issue you can consult with your batch representative)

8) Every participant must confirm their submission on the facebook event wall.
Any photo without the confirmation on event wall will not be accepted.
Confirmation should contain the followings:
- Participants name
- Batch
- MC no.
- Number of Photos sent
- Email Address
9) AFMCPC can ask for the metadata & raw file of submitted photographs. Failure to provide them may result in elimination of the submitted photographs.
SPONSOR(S) :
The name of Sponsors will be announced later.
JUDGING :
Judging will be conducted by renowned photographer(s). And We will announce the Judges by Post on the event wall.
AWARDS:
Top 3 photos from each category will receive a medal. Only current cadets are eligible for college authorized medals.

A Commandant’s Choice Medal/Crest .
A Photo Of the Year Medal/Crest.
A People's Choice Medal/Crest.
RIGHTS & PRIVILEGES :
Decisions made by AFMCPC is final. AFMCPC holds the right to make any change in the rules and regulations without any prior notice to the participants. Participants and volunteers will be notified on the AFMCPC Facebook page & group if any changes occur regarding schedule & structure of the event.
