Louder!

Louder! A workshop and conversation on de-capitalizing music and reclaiming your dreams!

Louder is a recurring workshop series during which local music artists, fans, and industry workers can meet, converse, collaborate, and seek support in changing our scene for the better together.

Our starting goal is to build a collaborative framework through which we, as artists and workers, can make decisions that align with our goals, ethics, and community needs. We want to find or build alternative tools to divest from the current music market which is over-saturated with for-profit corporations, AI algorithms, passive consumers and barriers for smaller artists. How do we re-invest in our own music communities?

During the meeting we will talk and discuss the current state of the "industry," our problems, our values, why we do what we do, and what we hope to accomplish.

Be ready to PARTICIPATE! This is a workshop so we can all work together to achieve our goals and change the world for the better together, starting with our local music scene.

About the organizers:
This workshop is organized by volunteers from the Inland Empire music scene. Our aim is to facilitate a non hierarchical, inclusive space where all are welcome.
