My name is Cami, and I teach at Lotus Studio here in Henderson!

� Tuesday Class Schedule �
� 10:15 AM – Dance Fitness (Zumba-Inspired)
A fun, follow-along dance fitness class where we get moving, smile, and boogie together! All fitness and experience levels are welcome.
The choreography stays consistent for several weeks, making it easy to learn and build confidence each time you attend. If you've always wanted to try a Zumba-style class but felt intimidated, this is a great place to start. I even break down some of the moves before we dance!
� 11:15 AM – Strength & Tone
A full-body strengthening and toning workout focused on building muscle endurance and improving overall strength.
You'll learn how to benefit from supersets while using a variety of equipment, including bodyweight exercises and light, medium, or heavy weights. Modifications are always available, whether you're an athlete, new to fitness, returning after time away, or working around an injury; there’s always modifications for your needs!
� 12:15 PM – Deep Stretch & Mobility
A relaxing 45-minute session designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery through deep stretching and guided breathwork.
Whether you're looking to move better, feel better, or simply take some time for yourself, this class is the perfect reset.
