Drawing from Kripalu's compassion-based approach of "yoga of awareness," we honor the body as a temple and the breath as our guide. Through a blend of heart-opening asana, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and sacred teachings, you will journey inward to awaken the petals of your own heart lotus. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop offers a safe space to soften, open, and discover the wisdom that lives within your heart.
