Create a one-of-a-kind ceramic lotus bowl using real lotus leaves from Lan Su’s own water lotus collection. Inspired by Lan Su’s unique lotus collection and presented in celebration of Lian: The Lotus Festival, this two-part, hands-on workshop invites you to shape, imprint, glaze, and finish your own ceramic bowl with guidance from Teo Lee, Owner and Founder of Earth & Fire Ceramics.

What’s Included
Instructed by Teo Lee, Founder and Owner of Earth & Fire Ceramics, this two-part workshop includes:
Real lotus leaves and botanical materials gathered from Lan Su’s lotus plant collection at the garden’s Lake Zither
Session One: Shape your ceramic bowl and create a one-of-a-kind lotus leaf impression
Session Two: Return one week later to glaze and add color to your finished piece
Professional kiln firing by Earth & Fire Ceramics
All materials provided
