Come and learn the Lost Wax Method, a 6,000yr old traditional form of making jewelry! Using jewelers wax & bench tools you’ll be able to sculpt, carve, melt, or engrave designs to create a personalized custom jewelry piece that will be casted in Sterling Silver for you. *Presentation and Demo Included
Types of Jewelry/Pieces:
- Pendants, Rings, Bangle Bracelets, Mini Figurines/Sculptures
WEIGHT LIMIT:
- ≤0.48g OF WAX
- ≤5g OF SS
PRICE:
- $350 per person w/Sterling Silver Casting
- Cost includes access to materials, supplies, casting, finishing, and polishing services
- $200 per person w/out Sterling Silver Casting
DRESS CODE:
- ALL STUDENTS MUST WEAR CLOSE-TOED SHOES, AND AVOID LOOSE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES
- PROTECTIVE GEAR SUCH AS SAFETY GLASSES & GLOVES WILL BE PROVIDED
- LONG HAIR MUST BE TIED BACK
*Safety and Photo Release Forms must be signed for students to participate, forms will be provided day-of for class participation
