Lost City Live - Sarah Slaton with Brianna Straut

Lost City Live is excited for the kickoff weekend of its 2021 concert series on Saturday, April 17. Enjoy music from Sarah Slaton with an opening set from Brianna Straut. Music begins at 7:30 p.m. and the patio will open one hour prior to the opening set (at 6:30 p.m.) for attendees only.

"Sarah Slaton is a songwriter that expresses pathos both poignant and relatable" (Denver Westword). An Arkansas native, Slaton taught herself to play guitar in the shadow of the Ozarks before making her way out West where she founded and fronted the Colorado trio, Edison (Rhyme & Reason Records). Edison toured with Iron & Wine and opened for Nathaniel Rateliff, Gregory Alan Isakov, and Shakey Graves). 
In 2019 she released a string of solo material including her first single, "Dance In The Sun", a cover of Showtime's "The L Word" Theme, in addition to a feature on the Kind Dub single "Limited Time". 105.5 The Colorado Sound listeners also voted Sarah as one of the "Top 20 Colorado Artists of All Time" alongside Nathaniel Rateliff, Gregory Alan Isakov, and The Lumineers. 


The concert will take place on Lost City’s outdoor patio at its RiNo location (3459 Ringsby Ct.). Seating options include tables, benches and individual seats.

Lost City will offer food and drink to enjoy during the shows including cocktails, wine, beer, and snacks from chef Silvia Hernandez. Food and drinks will be served from a walk-up window to minimize contact throughout the venue.

Parking is free - please park in the overflow lot on the southwest side of the Taxi complex and avoid parking in any spots marked for residents.
